AstroMuni.Com further advices its customers, clients and visitors to use the information and recommendations provide on the site (i.e. AstroMuni.Com) on their own responsibility, as AstroMuni.Com gives no guarantee about the accuracy of the predictions and recommendations. AstroMuni.Com takes no responsibility of the any claim for the negative results of the remedies given by its astrologers and Vedic professionals.

Policy of Refund and Cancellation of Orders:.

Any request of cancellation of the order (for non-energized products) after placing the order but before despatch of the non-energized product(s) by us will attract cancellation charges of 25% of total amount of the order.

Any request of cancellation of the order (for the products to be energized in the name of customer) after placing the order but before energization of the product(s) by us will attract cancellation charges of 25% of total amount of the order.

No cancellation or refund will be made once the product(s) has/have been shipped to the customer and the customer has been informed about the shipment. But the refund of full amount of the product(s) (paid by the customer) will be made only incase customer proves that the product(s) received by him/her is/are fake. The refund will be made only after receiving the product(s) back from the customer along with proof of fake.

No cancellation or refund will be made once the product(s) has/have been energized by us in the name of customer and the customer has been infromed about the energization. But the refund of full amount (paid by the customer) will made only incase customer proves that the product(s) received by him/her is/are fake. The refund will be made only after receiving the product(s) back from the customer along with proof of fake.

The refund of balance or full amount of cancelled order will only be sent through Bank Draft in the name of the customer on the billing address provided by the customer at the time of placing order. The Bank Draft will be sent through courier or Indian Postal Services and the customer will be informed about the despatch accordingly.

Imp: The custom clearence charges (or import duty) (if demanded by the custom/foreign department of the country of the customer) will be paid by the customer only. AstroMuni.Com will not pay any amount for such purpose.
