1. Cancellation of Orders (Non-Energized Products)
If a customer requests cancellation after placing the order (for non-energized products) but before dispatch, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total order amount will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.
2. Cancellation of Orders (Products to be Energized in the Customer’s Name)
Any request to cancel an order (for products to be energized in the customer’s name) after placing the order but before energization will attract cancellation charges of 25% of the total order amount.
3. Orders Already Shipped
No cancellation or refund is allowed after dispatch of the product(s) and once the customer has been notified of shipment.
However, a 100% refund will be issued only if the customer provides verifiable proof that the product(s) received is/are counterfeit or fake. In such cases, the customer must return the product(s) in original condition and provide documented proof of inauthenticity. The refund will be processed only after verification and receipt of returned goods.
4. Energized Products (Non-Refundable)
No cancellation or refund will be made once the product(s) has/have been energized by us in the name of the customer and the customer has been informed about the energization. A refund of the full amount (paid by the customer) will be made only if the customer proves that the product(s) received is/are fake. The refund will be made only after receiving the product(s) back from the customer along with proof of inauthenticity.
5. Refund Process
The refund of the balance or full amount of a cancelled order will be sent via Bank Draft in the name of the customer to the billing address provided at the time of placing the order. The Bank Draft will be sent through courier or Indian Postal Services and the customer will be informed about the dispatch accordingly.
6. International Orders – Customs & Duties
For international shipments, customs clearance charges, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer. AstroMuni.com will not be responsible for any such charges under any circumstances.
